Council on Child Abuse Raises $72,000 to Support Child Abuse and Bullying Prevention Efforts

Fundraiser supports the fight against child abuse and bullying 

CINCINNATI — The Council on Child Abuse (COCA) is pleased to announce that its Reach for the Stars fundraiser raised $72,000 to support efforts to prevent child abuse and bullying.

Hosted at the Kenwood Country Club and emceed by WLWT’s Sheree Paolello, the event welcomed nearly 120 guests for an evening of dinner, drinks, auctions, and a raffle. COCA recognized Mason City Schools for their dedication to creating safe spaces for students. Student Reed White accepted the award, emphasizing the important collaboration between COCA and students in advancing prevention efforts for child abuse and bullying.
