Our Tribute Card Fund provides a perfect gift for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Graduation, Holidays or to express your Condolences in memory of someone special.
Your donation to our Tribute Card Fund will be used to help prevent child abuse in our community.
Choose one of the photo cards below created by local photographers and indicate your card number choice on the Tribute Card Fund Donation Form. Your Tribute Card request will be sent out the same day it is received.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept online donations at this time. Please call the COCA office for more information at 513.936.8009. A minimum $5.00 donation is required.
