Parent Helpline
Parents called our Parent Helpline – 513.961.8004 - for support, parenting tips, crisis intervention, referrals or just to talk.
During 2009, COCA documented almost 400 calls on our Helpline. In addition, over one thousand calls requiring staff support were received on the agency’s business line. Often, a call is a parent’s first step toward help.
The Parent Helpline is available to callers Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. |
