Parent Helpline
Parents called our Parent Helpline – 513.961.8004 – for support, parenting tips, crisis intervention, referrals or just to talk.
Each year, COCA documents several hundred calls on our Helpline. In addition, over one thousand calls requiring staff support are received on the agency’s business line. Often, a call is a parent’s first step toward help.
The Parent Helpline is available to callers seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. |
