 About Us 
|
 Since 1978, the Council on Child Abuse (COCA) has always been committed to and focused on the prevention of child abuse. We have never attempted to duplicate the efforts of protective services. Rather, we have had a tradition and reputation for providing effective programs focusing on primary services that prevent harm to children. Our outreach has grown by leaps and bounds throughout the years. In our first 10 years we served approximately 35,000. By the completion of our second decade we served 270,000. As we complete our 3rd decade of service, we will have reached nearly 500,000 children and adults! Thanks to the individual and collective efforts of our professional staff and volunteer leadership, the agency continues to expand, strengthen and refine its programs and services to effectively meet current and emerging Our Vision Our Mission |
